Michele’s family history can be traced back to the 1800’s, where they were everything from dairy farmers to hog farmers.

Michele grew up the youngest of 8 children on a dairy farm that transitioned to a hog farm in Naperville IL.  The farm was in the Molitor family for over 65 years, being occupied by her grandparents and parents.  At 9 years old she started raising calves and pigs with the help of her Dad.  She was actively involved in showing animals at the local county fair with her brothers. Even though they were busy farming 1000 acres of corn and soybeans, her Dad always had time to take Michele to the sale barn to get her a new batch of calves to bottle feed.

That started a lifetime obsession and legacy.   In 1999 Michele and Mike bought their own farm in Hebron.  With the help of their 2 children, they produce pasture raised beef, pork, chicken and eggs.

In the fall of 2023, Michele added 1200 tulip bulbs.  They wanted to add something that would be fun for their 5 year old daughter to help with in the summer.  So the flower field blossomed!

They have had a fun summer of farmers markets, selling beautiful spring and summer flower bouquets along with their beef, pork, chicken and eggs.
